Abstract:Synergetic ferroelectric luminescent (SFL) materials comprising a central tetraphenylethene (TP) core were synthesized by attaching TP with clipping groups (C), where clipping groups consist of a self-assembling group (SAG). TPCns selfassembled by the intermolecular interaction of SAGs to induce TP aggregation, as evidenced by the clip-induced quenching of emission at SAGs (Eclip) accompanied by aggregation-induced emission enhancement of TPs (EAIE). TPC4 showed strong photoluminescence in a dilute chloroform … Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
