Abstract: This study details the synthesis of tomato extract–magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (TEx-MIONPs), focusing on the antioxidant capacity and food preservation applications. Utilizing key reagents, including 98% iron (III) chloride hexahydrate, a controlled process yielded TEx-MIONPs.
