Abstract:Ultrasonic surface rolling processing (USRP) is used to fabricate textures with different shapes and processing times on the surface of GCr15 substrates. The PTFE‐PPS/SiO2 lubricant coating is subsequently deposited on texture surfaces by electrohydrodynamic atomization (EHDA).
