Synergistic Enhancement of Capacitance of Amorphous CuBHT/MoS2 Hybrids

Abstract: A reasonable combination of different materials can produce hybrids with significantly improved properties based on synergistic effects. Here, the highly conductive amorphous Cu 3 BHT (A-CuBHT) is grown on the surface of 1T(H) phase MoS 2 by in situ polymerization. The hybrids display significantly improved electrical conductivity compared to that of the pristine MoS 2 . Moreover, the 1T phase in MoS 2 is stabilized with the cooperation of A-CuBHT.
