Abstract:Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disorder characterized by inflammation and joint destruction. Current treatments, such as Methotrexate (MTX), while effective, often have therapeutic limitations like high plasma Cmax and lack of sustained release.
