“…Selectfluor-(TfO) 2 (761 mg, 1.59 mmol) was added very quickly at 0 8C, and the reaction mixture was allowed to warm to room temperature. After 12 h of stirring, sodium dibenzylphosphate (955 mg, 3.18 mmol) and [15]crown-5 (700 mg, 3.18 mmol) was added with flowing argon gas, and the mixture was heated to 60 8C and stirred for 16 h. The suspension was filtered through a pad of Celite, and the pad was washed with dichloromethane. The filtrate was concentrated in vacuo, and the residue was subjected to chromatography on silica gel (hexane/ethyl acetate 5:1) to give fluorophosphate 14 (497 mg, 58 %) as a colorless syrup.…”
