Synthese Pyridin-analoger Tetrahydrocannabinol / Synthesis of Pyridine-analogous Tetrahydrocannabinols

Abstract

<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p> Starting from 4-methylpyridine a 3-aza-Δ<jats:sup>8</jats:sup> -tetrahydrocannabinol-analogous (2d) was prepared. The reaction sequence also includes the first synthesis of a 6 H-benzo(4,5)-pyrano(2,3-c)-pyridin-6-on, a novel ring-system. The proposed structures were supported by spectroscopic data (<jats:sup>1 </jats:sup>H NMR, IR, MS).</jats:p>
