Das von uns fruher auf anderem Wege synthetisierte 4-Hydroxy-isochinoliniumchlorid 3 [2] wurde in dieser Arbeit durch Quecksilber(I1)-acetat-Oxydation des Aminoketons 2 [2] erhalten. GRIGNARD-Reaktion von 3 mit Methylmagnesiumjodid in Ather gab in guter Ausbeute das in 1-Stellung methylierte Aminoketon 4, das durch katalytische Hydrierung in ein Gemisch der beiden Aminoalkohole 6 und 7 ubergefuhrt wurde.…”
