Synthesis and analysis of flakes graphene oxide

Abstract: The presented article is devoted to the synthesis and analysis of flakes graphene oxide obtained by the Hammers method. The synthesized flakes graphene oxide was studied using SEM, EDX, X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, element analysis, temperature dependent of resistance and IR spectroscopy. As a result of calculating the results of X-ray analysis according to the Debye-Scherer’s formula, the thickness of graphite flakes was about 12,9nm and the number of layers was 38. The result of the Raman analysis … Show more

“…Not all photogenerated electrons reach the space charge field, which results in a decrease in the rate of short-wave stimulation. A sharp decrease in the sensitivity of the sample in the short-wave range of the spectrum is due to the recombination of the resulting charge carriers in the volume of the Zn1-xCdxS layer, not reaching the space charge region in time, that is, absorption of light [6,9,10]. The decrease in sensitivity in the long-wavelength region indicates a decrease in the p-CdS/p-CdTe/ZnTe/Zn1-xCdxS aggregation coefficient and the presence of adhesion centers in Zn1-xCdxS.…”

“…Since we live in the 21st century, most composite materials (polymers/GO nanoparticles, biodegradable polymers/GO nanoparticles) are used as additives to building materials to improve physical and mechanical properties and also for drug delivery [4,5,6]. Analyzes of the few layer grapheme oxide sample were performed witt various research methods [8][9][10][11][12]. After doping the grapheme -based samples with various metals, its analysis was conducted and unique result were obtained [13][14][15].…”
