Synthesis and Anti-microbial activity of Isoxazole derivates via Nitrile Oxide, 1,3-Dipolar Cycloaddition Reaction 

Abstract: In this study, we report the synthesis of 2,4-disubstituted isoxazoles through 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction via nitrile oxide. The structures of synthesized compounds were fully characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy. The effect of synthesized compounds on antimicrobial activity was investigated in correlation with docking study.
