Abstract: Thiadiazole derivatives R 0300Synthesis and Antibacterial Activity of Some 5-(4-Biphenylyl)-7-aryl[3,4-d][1,2,3]-benzothiadiazoles. -The antibacterial activity of the title benzothiadiazoles, e.g. (VIII), is assessed in side-by-side comparison with ciprofloxacin and norfloxaxin against some Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
