Synthesis and antifungal activity of some carbohydrate and amino acid derivatives of dimethyldithiocarbamic acid and of pyridine‐2‐thiol 1‐oxide

Abstract

The synthesis of a number of carbohydrate and amino acid derivatives of dimethyldithiocarbamic acid and of pyridine-2-thiol 1-oxide is described. The antifungal activity of the compounds and their activity against cucumber scab (Cladosporium cucumerinum) are given in tabular form.
