Abstract:In this research, a compound called 2,2'-((1E,1'E)-(hexane-1,6-diylbis(azanylylidene))bis(methanylylidene))diphenol (SA-HMDASF) was synthesized by combining salicylaldehyde and hexamethylene diamine. The resulting SA-HMDASF was then reduced using sodium borohydride, leading to the formation of 2,2'-((hexane-1,6-diylbis((SA-HMDA-NH) through a chemical reaction.
