Synthesis and Antimycobacterial Activity of Isoniazid Derivatives Tethered with Aliphatic Amines

Abstract: Background: There is an urgent need of new antitubercular compounds. Modification of antimycobacterial isonicotinohydrazide at hydrazide N2 provided antimycobacterial active compounds.
