Abstract:Sulfamoyl-benzamides were found to be selective inhibitors against h-NTPDases1, -2, -3, and -8 in sub-micromolar concentration, for instance, compound 3i was found to be the most potent inhibitor of h-NTPDase1 (IC50 = 2.88 ± 0.13 μM).
