Abstract:In this work, we report a heterojunction formed by a PbS/CdS bilayer using the chemical bath deposition (CBD) technique because it is a relatively simple, fast, and low-cost technique; is permitted to obtain highquality thin films (TFs); and also covers large areas. Some characterizations have been carried out to confirm the identity of the involved bilayer. For the cadmium sulfide (CdS) film, optical properties such as absorption, transmission, reflection, extinction coefficient, and refractive index were mea… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
