“…It is one of the important green chemistry processes to prepare multifunctional polymers. This method has been widely used to prepare different types of conducting polymers and their different derivatives [1,5,[9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17]. The preparation of nanocomposite of PPy and organic nanoparticles becomes a novel challenge for investigators.…”

“…The peak at approximately 1629 cm −1 and 1550 cm −1 could be ascribed to C-N and C-C asymmetric and symmetric ring vibration. The arrangement of peaks confirms the synthesis of PPy. [43][44][45] The FTIR spectra suggest that all the characteristic peaks of PPy and FMWCNTS are present in nanocomposite (PPy-FMWCNTS) and C-H, C-C, N-H become weaker and C-N bond become stronger in nanocomposite. It is found that inclusion of FMWCNTS into PPy results a little peak shift with enhanced intensity, this is due to the presence of carboxy group on the nanotube surface that gives the interaction on the different reaction sites of PPy that facilitate the fast electron transport between PPy and FMWCNTS.…”

“…Addition of CNT to conducting polymer, such as PEDOT, results in a significant increase in the mechanical properties and enhances electrical properties of the polymer by facilitating the charge transfer processes. Thus, in recent years, more and more attentions were inclined to the synthesis of conducting polymer/CNT composites that have special properties of the individual components in a synergistic manner [31,32].…”
