Abstract:Fe3O4/SiO2/Alginate as photocatalyst for degradation of Batik Cual Waste has been synthesized. This study aimed to determine the degradation of cual batik waste using Fe3O4/SiO2/Alginate photocatalyst assisted by UV-C light. In this research, Fe3O4 was synthesized through the coprecipitation method, then coated with SiO2 and sodium alginate The source of SiO2 used comes from tin tailings sand.
