Abstract:In recent times, significant progress is made in the development of solar‐blind deep‐ultraviolet (DUV) photodetectors (200–280 nm) due to their potential applications for military and civil purposes. In this study, the development of a novel solar‐blind DUV photodetector based on tantalum pentoxide (Ta2O5) nanoparticles (NPs) utilizing Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) sensor integrated with Interface electronics is reported for the first time. The 3‐D Ta2O5 NPs surface morphology, crystallinity, and defect state le… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
