“…(1) where α is linear absorption coefficient,υ is light frequency, and A is the proportionality constant. The power of the parenthesis, n is taken equal to 1/2 for direct band gap materials, the absorption coefficient α is determined using …………………………………………(2) where d is the thickness of the film, R and T are the reflectance and the transmittance respectively (Abdullahi et al, 2015) . …”

“…For this process, first, HF solution was prepared to clean p-Si wafer, and then, it was dipped into this solution left for 10 s. After that, to the clean p-Si wafer, RC-cleaning procedure was applied [10][11][12][13][14][15]. For this, process was used acetone, methanol, and deionized water, respectively, with an ultrasonic bath for 5-10 min [13][14][15][16][17][18]. After the chemically cleaning process is completed, Al ohmic contact was formed on the rear surface of the p-Si wafer with the use of VAKSIS thermal evaporator system at the pressure of 5 9 10 -5 T. On the other hand, to obtain Mn-doped ZnO homogeneous solution, 2-methoxethanol was used as a solvent and monoethanolamine (MEA) was used as a stabilizer.…”

“…ZnO has been studied extensively during last few decades due to variety of applications. The doping effect of different metal ions including transition metal [5][6][7][8][9][10] and rare earth [11][12][13] has been studied for its potential application in ultraviolet luminescence devices, light-emitting diodes, gas sensors, solar cell and transparent thin-film transistors. The ZnO nanoparticles exhibits luminescence in visible region with excitation carried out at different ultraviolet wavelength.…”

“…The experimental results of magnetic property in Codoped ZnO are quite controversial, giving rise to ferromagnetism or paramagnetic behaviour depending upon the preparation condition [8,14]. Ferromagnetism in Co-doped ZnO has been reported by different authors [15,16].…”
