Abstract:General procedure for the synthesis of fluorinated phosphoramidates from dichlorophosphoramidates Cl2P(O)NHR (Method A):The dichlorophosphoramidate (1 equiv., 4.46 mmol) was dissolved in 10 mL of anhydrous diethyl ether and cooled to 0°C, followed by addition of a solution of fluorinated alcohol (2 equiv., 8.93 mmol), triethylamine (2 equiv., 8.93 mmol), and 15% DMAP in 15 mL of anhydrous diethyl ether. After addition, the temperature was raised to room temperature and then refluxed for 48 hours.
