Lee et al [28] prepared a new class of polybenzoxazine/POSS hybrids, characterized by a network structure, by reacting multifunctional POSS with benzoxazine monomers at various compositional ratios. For these pairs, atomic force microscopy (AFM) data showed the presence of POSS aggregates having larger dimensions at higher POSS contents: silica-rich domains in the range of 50-1000 nm were clearly evident.…”
