Synthesis and characterization

Abstract: Abstract. Growth of epitaxial Cr-doped (Tl,Bi)-1212 films on LaAlO 3 substrates by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) and post-deposition annealing in static air has been achieved. The films exhibit a high transport J c of over 1.5 × 10 6 A cm −2 at 77 K and self-field. T c values measured by the four-probe method are in the range 94-100 K. ICP emission spectroscopy measurement shows a thallium deficiency, with about 0.15 atom bismuth per formula in the film. XRD θ-2θ, φ and ω scans show that the dominant phase is … Show more

“…The mixture seriflux was sprayed on the surface of steel after thorough ultrasonic oscillation and mechanical stirring. Then the steel with coating was kept for 30 min at room temperature; after that, the coating was baked for 60 min at 120°C and 120 min at 220°C in the oven [23] ; thus, the composite coatings (neat epoxy, Fe 3 O 4 /epoxy, and Fe 3 O 4 @SiO 2 /epoxy) were obtained. Electrochemical impedance tests were conducted in the frequency range of 10 5 -10 À2 Hz with an AC amplitude of 10 mV.…”
