Abstract:The present work deals with synthesis and biological evaluation of novel compounds as potential inhibitors of dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) from opportunistic microorganisms – Pneumocystis carinii (pc), Toxoplasma gondii (tg) and Mycobacterium avium (ma).
