Abstract:Four types of titanium dioxide (TiO2) materials doped with a single kind of rare earth ions Ln3+ (Eu3+, Tb3+, or Sm3+) and three rare earth ions (Eu3+, Tb3+, and Sm3+) were synthesized by the sol-gel method.
