Synthesis and Photoluminescence Characteristics of Sr3Y1-x(PO4)3:xTb3+Nanoparticles

Abstract: In the present work, Tb3+ doped Sr3Y1-x(PO4)3:xTb3+ nanocrystals were synthesized by combustion method using urea as a fuel. Comparing with traditional material processing techniques, combustion method is a relatively simple method. The advantages of low temperature solution base process have been exploited to produce Sr3Y1-x(PO4)3:xTb3+ nanoparticles.
