Synthesis and Properties of Water-soluble Polyamine Phosphate Type Durable Antistatic Agent.

Abstract: Water-soluble polyamines (PEG-DETs) were obtained by reacting PEG 600-diglycidyl ether with tetraethylenepentamine, which is a highly conductive aliphatic amine and curing agent. Then water-soluble polyamine phosphates (PEG-DETPs) were synthesized by cationization of PEG-DETs with phosphoric acid to prevent gelation and enhance solution stability. Antistatic agents were prepared by adding water to these PEG-DETs and PEG-DETPs. Several antistatic tests were carried out after applying the prepared antistatic age… Show more

“…Over the past few decades, the phosphate ester-type anionic surfactants have been attracting attention in the surfactant industry [1,2] because they have been extensively applied in various industrial fields, such as rust and corrosion inhibition [3,4], antistatic agents [5,6], lubricants [7], emulsifiers [8,9], etc. In addition to the monophosphate-type detergents [10,11], Gemini-type phosphates have also been prepared and their amphiphilic properties studied [12].…”
