Synthesis and Selective Recognition of Dihydrogen Phosphate by Urea-Anthraquinone
Abstract:A neutral ligand is synthesized and studied for the binding properties with anions by electrochemical methods. , and HSO 4 − may be attributed to the stronger hydrogen bonding with urea moiety and also with anthraquinone moiety of BPUA receptor, and also the higher complementarity of the cavity of BPUA for tetrahedral H 2 PO 4 − .
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
