Synthesis and spectral investigations of Cu(II) ion‐doped NaCaAlPO4F3 phosphor

Abstract: Cu(II) ion-doped NaCaAlPO(4)F(3) phosphor has been synthesized using a solid state reaction method. The prepared sample is characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, optical absorption, electron paramagnetic resonance photoluminescence and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy techniques.
