Synthesis and Study of the Reaction Kinetics of Homoveratrilamine With Brassylic Acid by HPLC
Abstract:In this work, amide, isoquinoline were synthesized and the kinetics of the reaction of homoveratrylamine with brassilic acid was studied by HPLC. The conditions of (high-performance liquid) chromatographic separation were revealed, which allow satisfactory separation of the components of the reaction mixture consisting of reagents, intermediates and products of the reactions of condensation and cyclization.
