“…The optical band-gap of the sample can be evaluated by its absorption spectrum, as shown in Fig. 4 [13,26]. As reported, as far as LaFeO 3 is concerned, the charge transfer transitions include transitions of both ligand-to-metal charge transfer and metal-to-metal charge transfer [27].…”

“…The background oxidation of water does not appear until 1 V. The point at which the J d ( V ) curve intercepts the potential‐axis in, the cathodic side corresponds to the hydrogen evolution reaction and a value of −0.84 V is obtained. Figure shows the chrono‐amperometry under full light; the cathodic photocurrent ( J ph ) is characteristic of p type behavior, which takes its origin from oxygen insertion in the crystal lattice and which is responsible of the superconductivity reported early . The photocurrent decays rapidly, because the anodic bias is not large enough to induce a band bending and such behavior reflects an electron tunneling from Cu 2+ : 3d VB to localized states which is inhibited at low anodic polarization.…”

“…The object for the evaluation is the legislation regulating the organizational functional structure of the carriers in the regions on the territories of Volga FederalDistrict. Legislation [14][15][16][17][18][19][20] was evaluated as of 2014. This year was chosen due to the fact that the regional regulatory acts within the existing federal legislation had been completely developed.…”
