Abstract:Aim: To synthesize and characterize the transition metal complexes of fused heteroccylic ring systems. Background: Many of the fused ring heterocyclic compounds were found to be biologically active in the literature like anti-microbial, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and so on.
