“…All the diffraction peaks are indexed to the single phase of CuAlO 2 with rhombohedral crystal system (a = b = 2.8584Å, c = 16.9580Å, ˛ = ˇ = 90 • , = 120 • ) of delafossite structure with R − 3 m space group [29].
