Abstract:In this study, a novel synthesized pearlite/ferrite/guar gum (PFG) hydrogel was evaluated. Theoretical studies using molecular dynamics simulation through the Forcite module in Material Studio 2017 showed crystal violet (CV) and naproxen (NAP) dye drug adsorption relative to other dyes and drugs. One of the best ways to remove pollutants is adsorption. With the absorption method, harmful contaminants such as CV and NAP can be removed from the water and wastewater cycle. Morphology and functional groups of natu… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
