“…According to previous researches, the functionality can exceed 0.9 in most cases using compounds with thiol functional groups as chain transfer agent . In this article, functionality of 5HFBMA(OH) 2 and 10HFBMA(OH) 2 was determined by GPC, end group titration and 1 HNMR.…”

“…Enlightened by the above points, in the present work, novel hydrophobic waterborne UV‐curable polyurethane containing long fluorinated side chains was prepared by two novel fluorinated macromolecular diol with different molecular weight, naming 5HFBMA‐(OH) 2 and 10HFBMA‐(OH) 2 , respectively, as chain extender. The fluorinated macromolecular diol was synthesized via thiol‐ene addition . Compared to reported references, in our research, the method we use is rather versatile and facile.…”

“…The binder should have good film-forming property, but the adhesion between the formed film (conductive layer) and the donated substrate should be weak. [48][49][50] Hence, the SIS is an ideal material to use as binder in conductive ink system and serves as elastomer substrate. The polystyreneblock-polyisoprene-block-polystyrene (SIS) has good fluidity, film formability and excellent compatibility with other additives, and the viscosity of SIS can be adjusted by controlling the content of xylene.…”

“…PEG carrying different functional groups were also used as macromonomers to obtain porous and hyperbranched hydrogels and macromolecules . Because of their low interfacial free energy and capability to bind metals, PEG containing polymers have a potential for antibacterial applications …”
