Synthesis of Cycloalkanes from Lignocellulosic Platform

Abstract: Catalytic hydrodeoxygenation of biooil is instrumental in producing sustainable aviation fuels, specifically cycloalkanes, from lignocellulosic materials. Cycloalkanes typically have higher energy densities, lower freeze points and higher flash points than conventional jet fuel.
