Synthesis of Fe3+/Ce3+-doped poly(para-phenylenediamine) adsorbents and their application in the removal of fluorides, arsenites and pathogens from water
Abstract:This study describes the removal mechanisms of fluoride, arsenites, and pathogens from water using conjugated polymeric adsorbent synthesized from the chemical co-polymerization of Fe3+ and Ce3+ incorporated into a poly(paraphenylenediamine) matrix.
