Abstract

Fused pyridine derivatives R 0450 Synthesis of Functionalized Tetrahydro-βcarboline Derivatives by Modified Pictet-Spengler Reaction. -Indole-bearing secondary enamines (IV) are synthesized through a one-carbon transfer reaction involving tetrahydrofolate coenzyme models.
