Synthesis of Highly Dispersed Zn-doped SnO2 Spherical Nano Materials for Anode of Lithium-ion Batteries

Abstract: In this paper, Zn-doped spherical nano SnO2 lithium-ion battery anode materials were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis using surfactants. The physical and chemical characterization of the composite material was studied by X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, constant-current cycling and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.
