Abstract: Fluorinated peptidomimetics are valuable substrates for exploring peptide backbone conformations and for perturbing physicochemical properties of probe compounds. However, in some cases synthetic limitations restrict installation of the fluorinated peptidomimetics into the desired probe compounds.
