“…The crystal structure and the diffraction planes were studied from XRD patterns as exhibited in Figure 3(A). The diffraction peaks at 30.1, 35.5, 43.2, 57.3 and 62.8 is well coincide with (220), (311), (400), (511) and (440) and all the crystal planes are due to cubic spinel structured Fe 3 O 4 nanoparticles (You et al, 2019) and is shown in Figure 3(Aa) which is well agreed with the JCPDS card number. As expected, the addition of PLGA (75/25 grade) with Fe 3 O 4 does not influence the crystal structure but the encapsulated PLGA was clearly diffracted at 2 ⍜ ¼ 170 which revealed the formation of MNP composited form which is shown in Figure 3(Ab).…”

“…In 1995, researchers announced the first liposome-based nanodrug, doxorubicin, for the treatment of tumors (79). Afterwards, with continuous advent of new polymer materials, a mass of nanoparticles (nanospheres, nano capsules) have been discovered and have exhibited significant selectivity and efficiency for drug loading and tumor therapy (80)(81)(82). This research has inspired new concepts in nanomedicine, and photothermal effects combined with diagnostic imaging or with drugs bring forward new types of combination therapies.…”

“…This NPs above possessed several features: (a) excellent biocompatibility, (b) good drug carrier capacity, (c) significantly high targeting efficiency in vitro. And better yet, the niosomes loading with curcumin dramatically induced HeLa229 cell apoptosis via changing mitochondrial membrane potential and destroying cell cycle (You et al, 2019 ). The ursolic acid (UA) liposome coated with chitosan could also promote cell apoptosis of cervical cancer.…”
