Abstract:In this study, synthesized N'-(2-methoxybenzylidene)-4-hydroxybenzohydrazide and N'-(4-nitrobenzylidene)-4-
hydroxybenzohydrazide in two step reaction by using methylparaben as starting material has been performed.
Methylparaben was treated with hydrazine hydrate to obtain 4-hydroxybenzohydrazide. The reaction was carried out by
