Synthesis of New Spiro-Heterocycles Containing Dihydrotetrazine Moiety

Abstract

The reaction of nitrilimines with hydrazones of alkanones and cycloalkanones led to the formation of acyclic electrophHic addition products, which upon treatment with C/S/Zn cyclized to 1,6-dihydro-1,2,4,5-tetrazine derivatives. The structures of the synthesized compounds have been established by their elemental analyses and spectroscopical data.
