Synthesis of Novel 2-(Pyridin-2-yl) Pyrimidine Derivatives and Study of Their Anti-Fibrosis Activity

Abstract: A pyrimidine moiety exhibiting a wide range of pharmacological activities has been employed in the design of privileged structures in medicinal chemistry.
