Synthesis of Pr³⁺-doped WO₃ particles: correlation between photoluminescent and photocatalytic properties

Abstract: The photoluminescent and photocatalytic properties of WO3 were investigated as a function of the Pr3+ doping effect. The Pr3+ ion favored the photocatalytic activities due to the low recombination rate of the photogenerated charges.
