Abstract: The emergence of modern prosthetics controlled by bio-signals has been facilitated by AI and microchip technology innovations. AI algorithms are trained using sEMG produced by muscles during contractions. The data acquisition procedure may result in discomfort and fatigue, particularly for amputees.
