Abstract:The technique of micromixing was used for synthesis of SrF 2 nanopowders in a microreactor with intensely swirling flows. The chemical reaction between aqueous solutions of strontium nitrate (C(Sr(NO 3 ) 2 ) = 0.15 -0.45 M) and potassium fluoride (C(KF) = 0.3 -0.9 M) was realized in a microreactor with intensely swirling flows with reagent consumption 1.5 -3.5 L/min. Colloidal solutions were obtained, during the settling of which SrF 2 powders were isolated without crystallographic faceting. An increase in the… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
