Synthesis, physicochemical characterization, and TD–DFT calculations of monothiocarbohydrazone derivatives

Abstract: Derivatives of thiocarbohydrazone studied so far have shown great biological activity such as antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anticancer. Most of these compounds are bis-substituted derivatives, while monothiocarbohydrazones are much less investigated.
