Abstract:This is a report of the studies conducted on the synthesis, spectral, biological viz. antibacterial and antitumorous activities of some Copper complexes synthesized from a multidentate thiosemicarbazone ligand, HL2. This is based on a reaction between a secondary amine viz.N-phenyl piperazine and an N-substituted heterocyclic ketone viz. 2-Benzoylpyridine.
