Abstract:In the bischalcone molecule, the central benzene and terminal hydroxyphenyl rings form a dihedral angle of 14.28 (11)° and the central C=C double bond adopts a trans conformation. In the crystal, the title molecule and solvate are linked by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
